Description: When relationships break down, how does one restore, rebuild, or repair it? Restorative Practices offers a structure for reflection, expression, and listening for understanding. In this session participants will learn and experience what a restorative practice looks and sounds like, how to create a foundation of relationship building, and how to navigate conflict when it arises.

Learning Goals: 1) Learn the best practices for restorative system design. 2) Experience how relationships are the foundation for a restorative system. 3) Practice where to put your attention when navigating conflict and listening for understanding.
